about me 

I am a coach and an athlete with a passion for nutrition and movement.

 

Movement has always been an integral and formative piece of my life, from tennis to cross country running and swimming to finding crossfit and strength training. Going through struggles with my relationship with my body and food as a teenager led me to learn more about nutrition as well as shifting focus from endurance sports to more strength biased training, and falling in love with Crossfit in 2018/2019.

I love training and competing, and enjoy pushing myself and making progress, learning new skills and constantly being challenged - but my biggest priority in training is having fun and enjoying the process. 

​

Besides training, I like to spend my time playing my guitar, eating cake, going eisbaden, finding dogs to cuddle and hanging out with friends.

Despite doing my BA in civil engineering, I chose to switch directions after finishing my degree, having discovered that an office job wasn't for me and finding much more fulfillment in coaching.​​

I tailor my services to your specific goals and needs, helping you to reach your performance, aesthetic and health goals through nutrition, personal/remote training and lifestyle coaching - one or a combination of several areas.

 

Ultimately, I want to give you the tools to be independent and take control of your own health and performance for the rest of your life.
